Extreme Mode is one of the three main difficulties of Productive Industries, requiring tedious grinding and hard work but rewarding the player with powerful, persistent items from its available packs. It costs either 600 in-game Gems to unlock or can be unlocked via a special gamepass for 200 Robux.

In Extreme Mode, normal Resources are much more necessary and more more difficult to obtain, requiring depots that are significantly more expensive to purchase than their Normal Mode counterparts. Money is more scarce to come buy, and shop items require a multitude of resources not available in Normal Mode.

No Basic or Gold Packs are available for purchase in Extreme Mode, and only Persistent items and Marble items obtained from special Packs will be carried over into Extreme Mode. It is highly recommended one farms both Diamond Packs and Mutated Emerald Packs for their Persistent and/or Marble items, as they can help mitigate the early Extreme Mode grind.

The only currently available Extreme Mode pack is the Corrupted Alchemy Pack.

Trivia[]

  • In Extreme Mode, the player's base takes an aesthetic change, with the baseplate turning into a rock floor and the trees turning orange and yellow.
