This is the upgraded version of the Advanced Oil Refiner.
The Obsidian Oil Vaporiser is extremely useful, and should not be skipped. Unless you can generate energy from 300 Tesla Cells (300BU) you can not continue effectively without it.
It is recommended to use 2 Quantum Oil Frackers to keep it stable and 6 to fill it.
This was buffed from 12 BU to 20 BU
