This item adds $1Sxtgt to drops worth more than $1Tgt with a base value superior or equal $1Oc while consuming an insane 200 Sxt units of energy. This means that the majority of normal mode droppers before chocolate factory would not drop ore good enough to be affected by this item. The power cost also makes it immensely difficult to use, only being achievable with a decently powered Primitive Nuclear Plant or possibly other lategame items from extreme mode. However, this is an easy way to get enough money for everything in the normal mode shop, assuming you can get drops above its requirements.
